Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Having checked your order it appears that the original order was placed for a cream sofa and that the stores contacted you to confirm the colour of the sofa to be ordered.
If you are unhappy with the sofa you received please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department who will be happy to assist you.
Great cafe, stress free shopping no high pressure sales people, just the way we like it. When we needed the sales person was very knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Would definitely buy from them...
The bed took a lot longer to arrive in store than anticipated dates. We had to chase on several occasions to request an update.
Customers should be better informed.
