Such a relaxing store to walk around, no hassle and staff there when you needed them to be. Friendly and professional. Cafe was excellent as well. Good day out.
Very good service from Cousins including keeping my mattress whilst we were away on holiday. One negative is the £49 for delivery so I arranged my own collection for £35.
no pressure from the sales team allowed to look around with out any hassle. The delivery team are also excellent and take great care of your new and existing furniture.
Sold a refurb mirror with scratches and scoffs twice for the price of a new one. Agreed free delivery after initial problem but delivered s used item again.
