We got marble dinner table from cousins and its damage on delivery for 3 times over 2 months and they refused to refund our money, vey bad service 😞
Don't bay anything from cousins. 😞😖 never again

Had to request service as no one was around. Went elsewhere for a matress as staff upstairs didn't seem interested.

The sales assistant was very knowledgable of all products, very helpful and her customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Cousins to all my family and friends.
We had to wait 14 weeks for our furniture... We were told 6-8 in shop. Manager then told us on phone that they only say that cos if they said 14 weeks in the shop people will be put off. My reply:...
