Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the trip good overall, and we appreciate your understanding that the number of meals included is one of the ways in which the price of the tour is kept accessible. We are sorry that you would have liked a greater number of meals to be included, and we note your suggestion that a wider choice of places to eat, beyond fast food, would be welcome at stops along the route. This is a helpful observation, and we shall share it with our Operations Department so that the dining options available to guests may be considered carefully. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such generous feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour great from start to finish, and that your Travel Director's history, storytelling and warm manner kept everyone so comfortable and entertained each day. We are also pleased that the itinerary was so well planned, that the accommodation and its locations met with your approval, and that your Coach Driver handled the roads so capably. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary good, and that your Coach Driver, Travel Director and Local Specialists were all excellent. We are sorry that the standard of several hotels detracted so significantly from your experience. We regret the late arrival at your hotels, the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you encountered, the repeated room changes that delayed your rest until late in the evening, and the smell of smoke, dusty bedding and mould in the bathroom at another property. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we fully understand why it has affected your overall assessment of the tour. We also appreciate your comments regarding the limited breakfast options, the arrangements for drinks at included dinners, and the restricted Wi-Fi and charging facilities on the coach, particularly in comparison with your previous journeys. We shall share your observations with our Operations Department so that hotel standards, cleanliness, locations and the information provided to guests may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary good, that your Coach Driver, Travel Director and Local Specialists were all excellent, and that you chose to travel with us again following your enjoyable experience in Spain last year. We are sorry that the standard of several hotels fell short of what you expected from properties rated four-star, particularly in comparison with your previous journeys. We regret the broken and dirty fridge and the surroundings of one hotel, the broken curtains, faulty lamps and uncleaned room at another, which resulted in three room changes and a very late arrival in your final room, and the smell of smoke, mould and dusty bedding at a third. We fully understand why these matters affected your overall assessment of the tour. We also appreciate your comments regarding the limited breakfast options, the arrangements for drinks at included dinners and the limited Wi-Fi on the coach, which we recognise was a considerable inconvenience. We shall share your observations with our Operations Department so that hotel standards, cleanliness, locations and the information provided to guests may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.
