The journey and staff on board were excellent.
The web site is very limiting and is not customer friendly more so if you want a service which is not 'STANDARD'

The service was excellent, I needed to be near the lift as I have difficulty with stairs, the crew on the car deck ensured that i had easy route to stairs. Cabin was very comfortable.
