Hi Jayne Thank you for the review and for speaking with me today. In relation to your comments, I am sorry to hear you did not receive instructions and you were not happy with the fittings, I can not see any communication from you in relation to this challenge, as we would have been more than happy to email a copy of the instructions over to you. As discussed on the phone when you raised this with me, I have passed your feedback on the white spacers to our continuous improvement team. You then go on to mention about the product you have received being incorrect, I can confirm that you do have the correct radiator and the confusion was down to our name and the SKU name of the manufacturer. Rest assured if there had been an error on our part we would have fully supported you in this matter as we are very aware of our responsibility to our customers and have a full understanding of consumer law.
