I stopped using to Coals2U a couple of years ago as the website never seemed to work properly for me and I ended up ringing in orders.

Just found out that the same fuel is available far cheaper elsewhere so will not be using you again

My only criticism would be on the rare occasion I have phoned to place an order (when I've not been on-line) there is no way for the call center to access my delivery information etc. I did not...
