Whilst we have received various emails updating us on our order we still await the delivery of kindling from 19 September despite an email saying it was out for delivery 5 October. Really...

Wood was great, and deal on coals to try them was great. Communication really needs working on as I was stuck in pending limbo for weeks before I received an email to tell me my local depo was busy,...
