Really poor service. 3 weeks after ordering coal I hadn't heard from you. I phoned and suddenly it was to be delivered the next day or day after. Needless to say it didn't arrive and the young lady...
Long time between the order and the delivery, but our coal eventually came on time, when they said it would. Very helpful delivery driver!

Delivery was a little delayed but was kept up to date with progress. When coal did arrive, the delivery was unattended but they left coal nicely stacked exactly where requested.
