We’re a very small team of maker/designers, creating each product in-house, to order. Due to Covid-19 outbreak we’ve had to radically change our work processes and production, with some of our team answering queries from their homes. We've looked into your order and it would appear that, on this occasion, a message was missed by us and not passed on to the relevant designer in time for your item’s creation.
We’re sorry for this error on our part but we hope that this response goes some way to explain how it occurred.
