Good Afternoon,
Many thanks for taking the time to leave honest feedback with us.
After speaking to Steve on the phone, we hope that your comments have now been addressed to your satisfaction.
As discussed, after listening to the phone calls that occurred during your renewal, measures have been put in place to ensure that this mistake will not be repeated.
We have also passed on your positive comments to Wendy who ultimately dealt with your renewal.
We hope this experience does not deter you from using Bollington for your insurance in the future.
Kind Regards,
Chris
