We really appreciate your comments and for bringing this to our attention. Since your case completed we have reviewed our approach to calls and how quickly we respond and have changed our approach and believe that from other feedback we receive that we now do respond quickly to any messages left. When clients agreed final damages are paid this should be communicated. I am sorry that you feel this wasn't the case with your claim. I can assure you that this shouldn't have happened and I apologise if you feel we didn't adequately communicate with you, as this isn't our approach.
