Certainly Wood Ulasan

Thank you for the wonderful review, Laura! We are so glad that you found our website easy to use, the delivery was efficient and convenient and that you are happy with your pallet of our kiln dried logs. I have passed on to Palletline to see why your delivery was sent out a day early. They should stick to the delivery date that was chosen by you to avoid any potential delivery issues if people are not in to accept delivery. Thank you for making us aware of this and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your feedback. My colleague was conversing with you on the online chat and explained the process of our Plant a Tree. Although it is not something we have done before, she did offer to create a gift certificate for you but received no response from you. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback and if you still wish for us to create a certificate for you then please get in touch. Best wishes, Hayleigh
