Hi Cat, I am very sorry to hear you have had this experience with our Unwind and apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Very rarely our products might not suit a particular hair type for some reasons as there are many variables and many different hair types, it could even be down to your hair being in very good condition with low porosity for example. Our unwind is a very gentle product as it does not contain any silicones so may feel different to other detangling sprays on the market which tend to be full of silicones. The Unwind's main purpose is to help prime the hair for styling by retaining moisture and protecting from heat and environmental damage. As with all of our products, our Daily Calma Conditioner contains zero Silicones so may feel slightly different to others on the market that do and therefore can feel maybe a little less powerful at first however due to the amazing naturally derived ingredients within our formulas, it will really help to improve the strength and condition of hair over time. This is generally because our range is designed to improve hair health rather than just it's cosmetic appearance alone and the best results are usually gained after consistent use for several months.
