QThe service was good but I find that the email reminders that are used to notify you that the insurance is due for renewal do not get to me. This has happened 2 years in a row.

Hi Hilary, thank you for the review and I'm sorry to hear e-mails have not been reaching you. We do find that its worth checking your junk e-mail as occasionally with hotmail accounts they can end up here.
I will add a note to your file so that we give you a call when your renewal is due just to check you have received everything you need.

I have not had to claim on the insurance but the team have been very helpful explaining the policy and sorting renewals out (even when I missed the renewal date!)
