Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that you had some problems with the delivery of your last order. I do understand your frustration with having to sign for your goods. We try our very best to accommodate each and every one of our customers so it is disappointing to hear that we have let you down on this occasion. The reason we use courier deliveries wherever possible is so that we can offer our customers a fast guaranteed next day delivery service as well as the ability to track the delivery at any time. I know that this delivery option is not always ideal for everybody due to the signature being required and I am really sorry that it is this aspect that has caused the delay. As a valued customer we would always try our upmost and do everything in our power to try to help and resolve the situation. We are always willing to make changes to the delivery address or pass on further instructions to the delivery driver if it will help. Again I can only apologies for the delay you encountered.
