I can see from your account that another collection was arranged yesterday, so if you have any further difficulties, please get in touch and we can then maybe make some alternative arrangements.

Very sorry to hear that your oven was damaged in transit. There is actually a pre paid returns label on the way to you which can be used with Royal Mail. If you have already returned the part, please let us know how much it is and we will refund that for you. Sorry to hear of any problems that may have occured with your card. Sadly this would have been out of our control control, as we basically enter the details supplied, which are then passed onto the banks for a simple yes or no as to whether they can authorise the payment. We can only recommend getting in touch with your bank or card issuer.
