Paul thank you for your feedback which we value, we are always striving to ensure that we offer the best possible service to our clients as we value your business. We are very sorry that your vehicle was affected by the current global ongoing issues regarding microchip shortages which has affected all manufacturers.
Sadly your vehicle was delayed by this, obviously, communication is key when a vehicle is delayed. We do have a CRM system that manages and records all contacts for vehicles from the point of order through to delivery.
I have checked our system and it might be worthwhile checking your spam folder for the following dates for updates provided (16/08/21, 02/09/21, 12/10/21, 10/11/21, 08/12/21, 14/12/21) please do feel free to contact us if you would like to have a discussion as we are always happy to help. Communication was good.
Delivered on date convenient to me.
Easy hand over.
Not so good was the time scale it took from ordering to delivery.
