Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our Service! We will always get your next rental out to you as soon as possible! We have 100s of games available, with renting helping to defeat the risk of paying £80-£100 for a brand new release and you not enjoying it. Instead being able to try before you buy! We hope to continue saving you more money in the future!

Hi, Thank you for leaving a review of our service, we do appreciate you taking the time to do so! We will always get your next game out to you as soon as possible. Looking at your Account I can see that for the New Releases at the time that you we're interested, you we're usually allocated copies of New Releases for Launch! With New Releases, we do advice having a Rental Slot free for a number of days before release for the best chance at recieving a copy. Our system will allocate games to customers who have had the availability the longest first so essentially the longer you have had a slot for, the better your position will be. On the odd occasion when you we’re not allocated a New Release for Launch, your previous rental had arrived back on the day of the release which meant that you just missed out on a copy being allocated. They we're allocated shortly afterwards though, often the next day! We have dropped you an email to look into this further with you to see how we can resolve the issues that you had with our service.
