Been nice if a game arrived
Rented a game for the switch to play while off work for a week and never arrived. Was advised to allow 10 days but back to work and still no game. If planning on doing same as me highly advise rent...

I'm sorry to hear you have experienced a longer than usual delivery time.
We always aim to get the games to you as soon as we possibly can and we are still here throughout lockdown Monday to Saturday to receive and dispatch games!
We usually expect all games to arrive within 1-3 days and we are just allowing a little more time than usual for the games to get to you given the current situation.
Unfortunately there are reports of delays in some areas of the country which may have cause the delay in the game arriving with you. Based on information from both Royal Mail and our customers all games are arriving though some are taking longer than we would usually expect.
Less than 1% of our games are lost or delayed per year and in the unlikely event a game was not to arrive we will be quick to start any lost game procedure and will issue the next available game from your list so you have something to play in the meantime.

Hi Leo Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear you of your recent experience. We clean and check every game that is returned to us so it is very unfortunate that this has happened. Whilst it is rare for games to be faulty we do have procedures in place for instances such as this. If for any reason a game is not working we will send out an additional game to you free of charge from your rental list and send the next available copy of the non working game as a replacement to you as soon as we possibly can. We will only dispatch games from your wish list so we recommend only including the games you really wish to rent in the list so the system can send them out to you as quickly as possible. Fantastic product, service.
Fantastic service, quick and easy and being a dad of 3 buying new games is no longer a possibility, boomerang gives me the options to rent new games at my leisure!

Can’t recommend highly enough
Everything about boomerang is amazing. My only slight complaint is the website needs a lick of paint. But everything else, faultless.

With the cost of next gen games getting higher it is now even better value for money to get both Demons Souls and Assassin's Creed Valhalla delivered on day of release for just £15.99 a month.
