So much pointless information to give which is mostly lenders problem but Kelly went above and beyond to get it done for me. Give her a pay rise or at least some Toblerone for her troubles.

Talking to one of the other lovely people there would of been a better expe
The girl i spoke to was not clear about anything, didn’t take the time to explain anything properly or let us know why it was so delayed I had to call her for information.
