Many thanks for your kind comments with regards to the speed of despatch. With regards to the delivery of your item, we do use DHL as our chosen courier partner and unfortuantely as soon as we despatch orders from our warehouse, we are at the mercy of such couriers, although DHL are one of the best we have used. We will of course liaise with DHL with regards to your comments to ask why the delivery was longer than expected? Secondly, as with all orders that are over £50, we do offer a free delivery service to our customers of which can take upto 5 working days. However, items such as the HUB swing we do use a quicker delivery at no extra cost to the customer.
My major disappointment was that I paid extra for next day delivery (at around 11am) and instead received two days later in the evening. I contacted asking about this and have not received a reply in...
