Hi,
Thank you for your review. We are deeply sorry to see that you have received a faulty coat. We do advise on the returns form which will have been inside your parcel that if you have a faulty item that you contact us before returning this. As we do not always need the faulty item to be returned to us or if we do then we would provide a pre paid label for this.
I have looked into your order and I can see that the coat has been refunded. I hav ealso now refund the initial postage you paid for the order being sent out to you.
We apologise again for the inconvenience caused by receiving the faulty item.

Is good quality. Just the size for baby is not very good is too small. I can’t dress him again because is not comfortable. I bought size 3-6 for my 2 month baby and is the hoodie is small .

We are sorry to hear that your order was slightly delayed. Due to the royal mails strikes which were taking place weekely around the time you ordered this caused a huge demand on other courier services which had an impact nation wide.
