Thank you for your feedback. We can understand that you are unhappy with the increase in your car insurance premium. There are a number of factors that affect the price we are charging you. Foremost amongst these are the increasing claims costs nationwide.
While only a small number of customers claim, the cost of settling these claims affects all customers across the country. AXA, like all of our competitors, has been forced to implement large scale price increases to make sure that there are sufficient reserves in the industry to meet these risings costs.
We do understand that this is no consolation to customers who have been claim free, and we thank you for your continued custom.
