I usualy ask for things from Amira, sometimes it works and sometimes not.
Exp. if you dont have the product, it will spend a long time to arrive. But i dont know that.

Staff were excellent. Answered all our questions and accomodated all of our needs.
Although the order took a long time to arrive, I was informed that this would be the case when I first enquired. Perhaps this should be conveyed to customer at time of order so clear from the start...
