Following my original response, I promptly received an e-mail from a Director of Allergy Best Buys who has confirmed that a refund has been sent to my Credit Card account
We are delighted you are happy with our service and we are naturally disappointed that you found the child's duvet to be too light and the pillow too low.
Whilst the ideal tog rating for a duvet is a very individual matter, 7 tog is the maximum recommended rating for a child's duvet, as children are more likely than adults to overheat. It can also be very uncomfortable for a child to be too hot in bed if he or she suffers from allergies.
When selecting the pillow we have chosen a style that we felt would be safe and appropriate for most children.
