We’re genuinely sorry to hear you felt let down this time around. Your renewal documents were first emailed on 1st of June, and then posted on 17th of June to ensure you had both digital and hard copy access ahead of the 30 June due date.
We couldn’t locate any previous communication requesting changes to your cover, but if you’re able to forward this through, we’ll absolutely look into it and make any necessary adjustments.
Looking at your policy, we’ve done our best to keep things manageable and fair:
Cover limits, turnover and staff numbers are already set at minimum levels
We’ve removed the $2 impact donation as you had requested
Your premium has remained consistent since you first joined us
