Enough information if starting out with limited knowledge of the elderly and to feel xomfident delivering...

I was supported with the course and given the flexibility to achieve it. When I needed support it was on hand and was able to complete my qualification when I was able to.

Good
It was informative, I was shown and participated with the exercises. Learned exactly how to deliver and amend exercises.
I thought the afternoon session got repetitive with far too much talking....
