Poor Quality
Terrible, new dryer lasted a day, now I have to wait 3 days for and engineer to fix it!! It brand new, it should not be fixed it should be replaced..

Hello,
I am sorry about the issues you have with the Maytag dryer you purchased from ourselves. We always do what we can to ensure our customers are confident that when they order from us they are getting a top quality appliance that works as intended. Unfortunately in this case this did not happen and after speaking with the manufacturer they deemed the best option was to attend the unit and attempt a repair. We would always do what we can to help but we are bound by the manufacturers terms and conditions in regards to after sales support in most cases. I am sorry the service level wasn't of a high enough standard on this occasion but we are constantly improving what we and the manufacturers can offer our customers based on feedback like yours. 
I appreciate some time has now passed but please feel free to contact us should you wish to discuss anything further.
