However, please be assured that if that time does ever come you do not need to log into your online account in order to make a claim, there is a dedicated 24 hour claims helpline for the Age UK Home Insurance policy which is 0345 602 5273. Also we can arrange for a copy of our policy documents to be sent out to you in the post.
