Thank you for taking the time to complete the review and I'm very sorry to learn of this, unfortunately after searching through our emails inbox and spam I've been unable to locate any correspondence. It would be most unusual for our team not to have replied if they'd seen an email, we're a small team and will always strive to help. I'll raise this as a potential issue with our tech team but in the meantime can see that we dispatched your order on the 6th on an Express AM service, the couriers online tracking shows delivery was attempted on the 7th at 10:53am as per schedule. Sadly they must have missed anyone being home and so the tracking then shows 'advice to collect from local post office', the latest note shows collected on the 20th which is great.
