I have used this product several times, both for carpet moth and in my wardrobe. They appear to be effective at catching the male moths, thereby preventing reproduction.

Sadly, as a small family company, and with our products being engineered in Germany, we cannot compete on price with cheap Chinese-produced imports that are relatively ineffective. Thank you for your review - it's good that the traps did their job in catching male moths but unless the original source of the infestation is located and dealt with then a new lifecycle can emerge. Its an indication that you need to keep your traps set up and active. You'll also need to perform some work to locate and deal with the source - we'd be more than happy to support you in that process. I didn't think we had a particularly numerous moth population, spotted a few flying about - but put these traps out and oh my days that is a lot of clothes moths.

At what height do you recommend placing the moth traps?

Thanks for your feedback - the fumigation shouldn't affect the function of the traps but will have reduced the adult moth population - the traps only trap the males to help break the breeding cycle, so having only seen 2 live moths will be a good thing. This process takes time so please do leave your traps in pace to continue to monitor for activity.
