Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into the delayed delivery with the transport company, and we have been advised that unfortunately on the day of your delivery, one of their team members was not at work due to sickness so they had to make arrangements for a replacement driver / team member. This meant that the route was unfortunately behind schedule, but they were trying to make up time, where possible. We are sorry that this delivery service was below our usual standard of service.

Thank you for your feedback. This is certainly not our usual standard of service, and with regards to the possible mis-pick of mattress, we wish to look into this further, as this should not have happened in the first instance. We will contact you direct to discuss this further.
