Jessica was very helpful in getting one of our offices started with service. There was a little issue in the beginning with the calls but she jumped right on it and I believe that it is corrected now.

Our customer service team is eager to correct this matter, and a dedicated account representative has been investigating what could have occurred with the texts were sent, but not received. We are also happy to review the account and apply a credit where necessary. If you are testing the line and let us know afterwards, those calls are never billed on your invoice.
