Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive your order in the condition that you expected it.
I can confirm that all Royal Mail stamp products are self adhesive which is why the item you ordered was self adhesive. In regards to the condition that you received your order, I will pass on your feedback to our courier and warehouse to try and ensure that orders are delivered in better condition.
If you have photographs of the damage done to your packaging and order, please can you send them to service@postofficeshop.co.uk and we can look into this for you.

Please accept my apologies that you experienced issues with receiving your order.
I can see that you have been in contact with our customer services department who advised that your order was delivered to an access point on the 23/01/18.
This was due to a receiver not being available to take in the parcel when the courier made a delivery attempt on the same day.
I have passed your comments onto the courier as you should have received notification as to the location of your order once the initial delivery was unsuccessful.
