Paid extra for next day delivery as the order was needed urgently. Part of the order did not arrive the next day so I had to go out and buy them. I had to chase the order and have the fee refunded....

Please accept my apologies that you experienced a delay in receiving part of your order.
Unfortunately, an unexpected error meant that part of your order was processed later than expected which meant it was unable to be dispatched to you the next day.
Due to this occurrence , we have authorised and processed a delivery charge refund for you on the 05/02/18 with the credit reference number 1499079.
Please note that it can take 3 - 5 working days in order for these funds to appear in your bank or building society account.
I have passed your comments onto the courier to see if issues like these are able to be avoided in the future.

As I have confirmed in my email to you, there was an unfortunate error with your delivery that resulted in us being unable to track this for you. As such, we have sent out a free of charge replacement on order 1913266 that should be with you as soon as possible.
I will also have your delivery charges refunded to you as soon as possible, once this has been refunded it could take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.
