Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy that your product did not include batteries upon arriving with you.
Unfortunately, we do state on the product page for your ordered item that the three AAA batteries it is powered by are not included with the item itself.
Very slow delivery. As the incorrect address was printed on my goods by the post office store.

Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the time taken for you to receive your order.
I can see from the information on your order that it was dispatched with the courier on the 16/02/18.
Unfortunately, an address labelling error meant that your parcel experienced a delay until this could be corrected.
As soon as the issue was able to be corrected, your order was then processed and sent out for delivery on the 21/02/18 and was delivered on the same day.
Please accept my further apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the time taken in order for you to receive your order.
We do state on our Delivery Information page that orders placed using our Next Working Day delivery service will be delivered the next working day excluding weekends.
This is due to the courier not making deliveries at the weekends.
As your order was placed on a Friday, it was then processed and delivered to you on the following Monday.
