Disgusting. I paid for next day delivery and the product arrived 5 days later way past the date I needed it for a lesson. Such a joke!

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that your order did not arrive when you expected it to.
I can that from the tracking information that unfortunately there were some issues with our courier that resulted in the delay you experienced. To make up for this, we have refunded your whole order along with your delivery charges on query 5396524 on 15/03/2018. Please note that this could have taken up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.

You claim that you refunded the whole order including the delivery charge on the 15/03. However I have a bank statement and an email from the person in customer service that displays that I was only given the delivery charge back not the item charge.
