Please accept my apologies that you experienced issues with the delivery of your order.
I can see that you contacted a member of our customer services department who advised that we did unfortunately experience some stock availability issues with one of the items in your order.
Following your request, a credit note refund was authorised and processed for the affected item on the 1/05/18 with the credit note reference number 1917641.
If you have yet to receive these funds into your bank or building society account, then please contact our customer services department who will be able to assist you further.
