Useful item, good quality.
Shipping expensive and slow. Paying the tax/duty was a cumbersome procedure. Why not include that in the price as e.g. House of Bruar do?

Have been trying to contact customer service regarding this but have so for gotten , a ai chatbot response that did not help, another probably ai that explained how I did a return (on my dime) but...
