Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you have had. I have checked ad we have not received any other issues with this range so it appears to be a one off. Can I ask if this happened on the first wash?

Use them all the time but when working abroad my account does not work and I can't order things on line. I then have to phone. This causes problems with spending loyalty points and I have also missed...

Thanks for the feedback Robert and I'm sorry to hear about your issues. This should not be the case as we can accept orders and ship to over 20 countries. Could I ask that you send specific details through to csupport@woodhouseclothing.com so we can investigate and get this resolved for you.

Thanks for the reply. I live in the UK and have an account with Woodhouse. when I am at work in Columbia it does not recognise my account when i try to sign in. If it does recognise my account on my Ipad it lets me go right through the buying process untill it is time to pay. If I have entered to buy using my loyalty points it deducts them but It will not let me pay even though i have contacted my bank and there is no block on my card. I have in the past called to place my order by phone but with time difference and the likes is not always the best. when some of your items such as Stone Island go on sale they go quick. this is even after the fact that you have sent me an email with a discount code. It is an inconvineance. No other clothes websight gives me this problem.
Used the site for a while now and alway very happy with the service and the after sales team member that I have had to deal with ,,

We are pleased that the service was up to scratch, but can only apologise for the wrong size being delivered. This is a very rare occurrence and we'll try our best to make sure it does not happen again.
