WoodBlocX vélemények

Thank you so much Jennie for your informative review. Please do reach out if your concerns remain with the blocx, but you're quite right, freshly treated blocx can appear a little dark, but will lighten very quickly.

Thank you for your feedback, Kevin, I'm so sorry for the mixup with Parcelforce, this really was an unusual situation for us, but non the less, we don't underestimate the frustration it will have caused.

This is great advice, thank you David.

Denis, this is a joy to read, we're so happy that you've had a great experience and that you love your raised bed enough to purchase more. We look forward to welcoming you back in the New Year.

Thank you for sharing, John, your raised bed looks great - that ground prep really paid off.

This is fantastic to read, Dominic, we're so glad you're happy and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

This is such a lovely read, Julie, thank you. We're so happy you're pleased with your purchases.

Thank you, Graham, for your detailed feedback! We're so glad to hear that you found the website resources helpful and that the delivery went smoothly. We also appreciate your honesty regarding the challenges with the metal plates and the plastic liner installation. We'll certainly take note of your comment about the additional packs of spindles and green plastic tubes, whilst we often send a small number of additional blocx, additional dowels is quite unusual. It sounds like you really made the product your own with the black fence paint. We’re glad to hear you’d consider purchasing again, and we truly value your feedback for future improvements. Thank you for sharing your experience!
