Walter, as you observe, Island Sunshine is a great and delicious variety. We knew Gerrit Loo of PEI, who with his brother, Evert (now both have passed on), bred Island Sunshine about 25 years ago. It was the best potato from 200,000 crosses they made over the course of 40 years effort. The Loo family are exceptional people and dedicated organic farmers. We have been honored to grow seed for their wonderful variety. Jim
