I placed a order never received confirmation email. So I called left a message. A few weeks pass with no call back so I call again left a 2nd message. I finally got a call back later that week....

Thanks for posting your Review, Jason. Everyone who orders from us online receives an automatic confirmation a few seconds after their order is placed so, I'm not sure why that didn't happen in your case. Your order arrived here in late June. That is right before the end of our shipping season and after we'd been shipping our seed potatoes for 9 months, which would explain why we were sold out of some varieties you had wanted. I apologize for the trouble you experienced. We hope you'll give us another chance to make you a happy customer. Hi Jim, Yougrew a nice crop of potatoes and so glad to hear our organic seed potatoes did well for you. Our farm is located in Northern Maine. We ship our Certified Seed potatoes directly from our on-farm underground potato storage 9 months a year from Sept until July 4 - anytime you want them. March is a common shipdate but we are happy to send earlier or later, whenever you want them. Thanks for your Review! Caleb
