We are really very sorry for your experience. We were never informed about the lamps being faulty so we were never given the chance to resolve which of course we would have done given the opportunity.
In regards to the return of your second order we did try our best to resolve this with you over email but as you declined our resolution offer, the 25% discount code was deactivated.
We ordered the tester on the 18th October for a client. It is now the 28th October and we still haven't received it. Once again, having to order online has proved hopeless.
