Hello Andrew, Thank you for your feedback. When purchasing a vehicle ticket, this is for the vehicle and the price is the same no matter how many people are inside travelling. If you then wish to travel separate to the vehicle, a new reference number is needed which is generated by purchasing a new ticket. We are unable to check in one booking, twice over. I am sorry if you are disatisfied by this however, your feedback is appreciated. We hope to see you onboard again soon.

Hello there, My apologies that you feel this way. I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. Keep an eye on our 'offers' tab on our website for ideas on ways to save. I would also recommend to sign up for our newsletter, if you haven't already done so, to keep up to date with all of our latest offers which may help bring the cost down. Like many other companies, we took the decision to go cashless as part of many changes we had to make to adapt our services whilst we continued to operate during the pandemic. We will continue to take card only payments as we have found that this has had a substantial impact on our service. Thank you for your feedback on this. Hello, I am very sorry that you feel this way. We do not advertise any of our services as travel connections because of the difficulties involved. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide good connections with all rail services, as there are trains operating from Ryde Pier as well as Portsmouth, with arrival times and departure times on both sides important for travel connections. At peak times there are services arriving at Portsmouth Harbour on average more frequently than every 10 minutes, with bus connections and connections with the international port also important to passengers. Once again, my apologies for this however, your feedback has been noted as we continue to look for ways we can improve our service.
