Hi. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand why the unexpected payment and collections have caused concern.
Some of our introductory offers form part of an ongoing collection. When an offer is selected, the first item is sent at the introductory price, with further items then sent at the frequency and price detailed within the offer. This information is provided during the ordering process, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear when you placed your orders.
You can view all your active collections and find information on how to manage or cancel them at www.westminstercollection.com/collections. As you’ve mentioned several collections and an outstanding Spitfire order, we’d also encourage you to contact our Customer Service team so we can review your account and the £34 payment with you.
Any unwanted items can be returned to us free of charge using our returns service at www.westminstercollection.com/returnsform.
