Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Thank you for your kind words about Leo but we are sorry to hear of your disappointment with some of the food. We have closely examined all the feedback received following the tour and overall it was excellent, but we have made some changes to the itinerary to allow more time to relax and soak up the atmosphere. Thank you for all your comments and we hope to welcome you on-board another Wendy Wu tour in the future. Kind regards, Lorraine, Wendy Wu Tours

Lisa Ward, who dealt with our holiday planning and bookings, was most helpful, to provide us with information on our chosen tour to China. At all times she has conducted herself very professionally.
