Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

We were surprised to read your comments as all tips on our group tours are included in the amount paid to the National ****** on arrival. We are looking into this as a matter of urgency and will be in touch shortly. We were further sorry to hear you were unwell in Beijing and truly hope you made a speedy recovery and were able to fully enjoy the rest of the tour. Kind regards, Lorraine
