Dear Sir,
You ordered at 19.25 on Thursday 7th Spetember. The package was sent on Friday 8th September via Royal Mail. Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday so their view would be that the 48 hours , covering working days, delivery would be Tuesday.
Had you alerted us to your impending departure, we could have sent on a 24 hour priority service.
We are sorry that the Royal Mail service did not meet your expectation as we have found it very dependable

Dear David,
If the filter has been fully activated by soaking in line with the instructions, you can easily empty the bottle, 3/4 of a litre in under a minute. Although this is slower than a bottle without a filter, it quenches your thirst and is providing guaranteed filtered, safe, clean drinking water.
You selected our classic black rigid bottle, our active range has a squeezy shell and so you can 'push' through an extra gulp if required.
